Packages start at £50 for 10 edited photos. Most two to four bedroom homes suit the Standard package at £95, which includes drone stills. The prices page lets you add a floor plan, video or anything else and shows the total.

No. Agents and holiday let owners often leave keys or give me a lockbox code. If the property is occupied, it helps if someone is there to let me in and move cars off the drive.

I am a certified remote drone pilot and fly lightweight, low-risk drones under the CAA rules, which allows most residential and rural locations. Some places near airfields or restricted airspace need permission or are off limits. I check every address before the shoot and tell you if aerials are not possible.

Interiors can go ahead in most weather. If the outside or drone shots would suffer, I can photograph inside on the day and come back for the exterior, or we move the whole shoot to the next good day.

Clear worktops and surfaces, put away bins, towels and toiletries, open curtains and blinds, turn on all the lights and move cars off the drive. I will straighten cushions and small things as I go.

I confirm the delivery date when you book. If you need them sooner, next-day delivery can be added to any package.

Yes. If you are selling privately, letting the property yourself or simply want good photos of your home, you can book any package in the same way an agent would.

You can use them to market that property: on the portals, in brochures, on your website and on social media. If you would like to use them for anything else, ask and we can agree it.
