Most buyers decide whether to view from the first few photos on the portal. I make sure those photos show the rooms as they really are, only at their best.
I shoot every room from the angles that show its size and how it connects to the next one. Verticals are kept straight, windows show the view rather than a white glare, and colours match what a buyer will see when they walk in.
For agents I keep the same look across all your listings, so your instructions sit together on the portals like a set. I can add a measured floor plan on the same visit, which saves a second appointment with the vendor.

How much does property photography cost?
Packages start at £50 for 10 edited photos. Most two to four bedroom homes suit the Standard package at £95, which includes drone stills. The prices page lets you add a floor plan, video or anything else and shows the total.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere within 60 miles of Stamford, including Peterborough, Rutland, Grantham, Spalding, Corby, Kettering, Leicester and Huntingdon. There is no travel charge inside that distance. Further afield, ask and I will quote.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Agents and holiday let owners often leave keys or give me a lockbox code. If the property is occupied, it helps if someone is there to let me in and move cars off the drive.
Can you fly a drone anywhere?
I am a certified remote drone pilot and fly lightweight, low-risk drones under the CAA rules, which allows most residential and rural locations. Some places near airfields or restricted airspace need permission or are off limits. I check every address before the shoot and tell you if aerials are not possible.
